With a machinable grade with a NAFLON PTFE base and an injection molding grade with a PPS base, the EXCELIDE series is used in various fields as a material for sliding parts.

Forte
The base resin is made of NAFLON PTFE or PPS, making it resistant to almost all chemicals.
(The chemical resistance differs depending on the grade.)
Self-lubrication
It is a self-lubricating sliding material that does not require lubricating.
Flame retardant properties
It corresponds to V-0 in the test of the UL94 Standard.
Low friction properties
It has low friction coefficients with a dynamic friction coefficient of 0.2 to 0.3 and a static friction coefficient of 0.05 to 0.10 (PPS series is 0.2 to 0.3), making it an ideal sliding material.
Heat resistance and cold resistance
The NAFLON PTFE series can be used from -200°C to +260°C (-200°C to +200°C for EXCELIDE X1 and X2 and -200°C to +240°C for EXCELIDE P2 and V3).
