ULTRASTOP MOLD
ULTRASTOP MOLD friction material is a rigid friction material that is made by using aramid fibers as the main material and adding special thermosetting resin, filler material, and metal wire to suit the application before applying pressure and heat to mold it.
The product is made using a mold and so Nichias can manufacture various shapes.

ULTRASTOP MOLD-RA2 (low wear)
A low-wear type that is combined with an anti-friction material to reduce wear during use.
ULTRASTOP MOLD-RO1 (high strength and low wear)
A high-temperature and high-strength type that is combined with a heat-resistant material, and has little reduction in strength when used at high temperatures.
It also has a track record of being used in oils.
ULTRASTOP MOLD-RF1 (low friction)
A low-friction type that is combined with a lubrication material and has a low friction coefficient.
ULTRASTOP MOLD-RF2 (medium friction)
A medium-friction type that has a slightly higher friction coefficient than the RF1 model.
ULTRASTOP MOLD-RHF (high friction)
A high-friction type that is combined with a heat-resistant material and has little reduction in its friction coefficient when used at high temperatures.
ULTRASTOP MOLD-SM (high friction at high temperatures)
A semi-metallic type for which the mixing ratio of metallic materials is increased and it can be used up to high temperatures (up to 300°C).
