By using it in combination with TOMBO No.2205_P, you can expect sealing performance and a significant reduction in sliding friction equivalent to that of the conventional GRASEAL PACKING combination (TOMBO No.2205_L + TOMBO No.2930, etc.).

Expanded graphite (GRASEAl) has chemical resistance second only to PTFE and can be used for various fluids (However, it cannot be used for oxidizing acids, oxidizing salts, halogen compounds, and combustion-supporting gases because they oxidize away the expanded graphite.)
It has little stress relaxation, and so demonstrates stable sealing performance over the long term.

SUPER SEAL PACKING

It has fantastic sealing performance in comparison to fiber-braided packing.
Expanded graphite has chemical resistance second only to PTFE and can be used for various fluids (However, it cannot be used for oxidizing acids, oxidizing salts, halogen compounds, and combustion-supporting gases.)
It can be used on its own without using an adapter packing.
A string-like packing has a rectangular cross-section so that it can be easily installed into a stuffing box.
It is treated with Nichias’ proprietary anti-corrosive agent, and so demonstrates excellent anti-corrosive performance and can also be used well with valve rods made of 13 chrome steel.
It can be stored in a string-like form and so it can be used to address problems immediately in an emergency.

It is a metallic packing with a particularly high level of flexibility and elasticity as well as superior heat dissipation properties.
Please use it together with TOMBO No.2200 (or TOMBO No.2205-P, etc.).

It is a packing with excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance.
It can be used for almost all fluids, except for strong oxidizing acids.

PLASTIC GRAPHITE PKG

It has excellent flexibility, and so it adapts well to valve rods and has outstanding sealing properties.
A packing for exclusive use with bronze and cast iron valves for water, hot water, low-pressure steam, oil, and gas.

NAFLON™ FIBER PACKING-G

TOMBO™ No. 9042-S（回転機器用）

It is easy to cut, and as the cut opening is unlikely to fray, it is easy to handle.
The PTFE base material achieves outstandingly low sliding.

PTFE has extremely good chemical resistance and can be used for almost all fluids from strong acids to strong alkalis.
It is made of PTFE, and so there is no melting or extraction from solvents or fine chemicals.
The self-lubricating properties of PTFE can reduce the torque of valve rods.

PTFE has extremely good chemical resistance and can be used for almost all fluids from strong acids to strong alkalis.

Carbon fibers have excellent chemical resistance and can be used for almost all fluids except for strong oxidizing acids. <br>
It adapts well to shafts, and therefore it can achieve a good seal even <br> at low clamping pressures.
