TOMBO™ No. 6458

ECOLUX is an eco-friendly calcium silicate board that is made using recycled materials.
It is a calcium silicate board with a strong and stable crystal structure that is subject to Nichias’ proprietary sheet manufacturing method and high-temperature and high-pressure steam curing in an autoclave. Different from building materials without a crystal structure, it is a non-flammable material that provokes little concern over changes in quality and deformation due to temperature, humidity, and aging.
It is lightweight just like wood and can be easily machined such as hammering in screws, stapling, or cutting with a box cutter knife.
*Since July 1, 2020, Nichias has stopped using the Eco Mark indication for reasons relating to the obtaining of raw materials.

NP LUX

TOMBO™ No. 6452-L/-H

NP LUX L can be used for interior walls (ceilings and walls) of various buildings such as plants, residential homes, apartment buildings, and hospitals, the ceilings and walls in sink areas such as kitchens, kitchenettes, and toilets, and the ceilings and walls of parking lots.
NP LUX H is a non-flammable material with excellent strength and surface hardness. It can be used for various other applications such as a base board for interior decorated boards, a base board for porcelain tiles, or a base board for waterproof roof sheets.

NICHIAS OMEGA FLOOR™

NICHIAS OMEGA FLOOR is a raised-access floor system made of concrete that is reinforced with rebars and laths. With good walking comfort and excellent durability, it creates a comfortable office environment.

Nichias’ Pad Floor are durable, high-strength raised-access floor system panels that take the attributes of concrete, which cracks easily on its own, and combines it with GRC (Glass fiber Reinforced Cement) and specially processed steel plates. MAKIBEE™

TOMBO™ No. 5520

MAKIBEE is a wrap-type, fire-proofing covering material developed by Nichias. The surface has been treated with colored nonwoven fabric, and a heat-resistant rock wool developed by Nichias is used for the refractory material. With a proprietary installation method, Nichias has developed a simple construction method to fix the material in place by stud welding the fixing pins. For this reason, it delivers stable quality, workability, and a work environment unlike conventional fire-proofing covering materials. As a pioneer in fire-proofing covering materials, Nichias recommends this product with confidence as a new fire-proofing covering material that will lead the way in the 21st century.

In addition to the fireproof performance of the conventional product, Nichias also offers this product with surface materials in various colors so that it can also be used as a material to decorate interiors.
Nichias encourages its customers to use it for offices, shops, warehouses, and entertainment complexes without ceilings.

SUPER FELTON II and III are white mats with good flexibility that are made by covering the surface of a long-glass-fiber block with fabric, subjecting it to needle punching, and applying resin binder.

ASLUX™ 600R

TOMBO™ No. 6462-600R

ASLUX 600R is a lightweight decorative board that is made by UV coating (ultraviolet curing treatment) a calcium silicate board and finishing it with urethane-based resin paint. The bulk density of the substrate is 0.8 and so the product is lightweight, easy to handle, and simple to machine. Its UV coating and special acrylic urethane paint finish give it excellent chemical resistance and make it maintenance-friendly.
The special acrylic urethane paint with an added antibacterial agent demonstrates excellent antibacterial performance against the likes of E. coli and staphylococcus aureus bacteria.

ASLUX™ 200R

ASLUX 200R is a decorative board that is made by UV coating (ultraviolet curing treatment) a calcium silicate board surface and finishing it with functional resin paint. As it is given special base treatment (UV coating), the surface paint demonstrates fantastic performance and it can be used in a wide range of applications from sink areas such as kitchens and toilets to the walls and ceilings of plants, hospitals, and clean rooms.
The special acrylic urethane paint with an added antibacterial agent demonstrates excellent antibacterial performance against the likes of E. coli and staphylococcus aureus bacteria.
