PFA ROTO MOLDED CONTAINER

TOMBO™ No. 9947

PFA ROTO MOLDED CONTAINER is a bottle made from pure PFA using a rotation molding method. The cap is made of PTFE and can be attached to the likes of a coupler or joint to suit your application and sealed with an O-ring.

Fluoropolymer lined valve

The Ball Valve, Diaphragm Valve, and Ball Check Valve have thickly lined walls made of PFA and ETFE. The wetted part of all these products is lined entirely with fluororesin and so they can be used with peace of mind as fully-fledged, corrosion-resistant valves.

PFA lined pipes

A straight pipe fitting that has a thick wall lining made of PFA. The standard product size is 15 A to 300 A, and for straight pipes, Nichias can manufacture a product up to 5 meters. Proud of its vast lineup, Nichias has a whole range of fittings ready and available. Nichias also manufactures non-adhesive, colored PFA lining products for use with high-purity chemical solutions.

Fluoropolymer tank lining

As an application that utilizes the excellent chemical resistance and heat resistance of fluororesin, it is used as a corrosion-resistant lining for large-diameter tanks, stress tanks, and towers. Nichias offers PFA and PTFE fluororesins as types of lining materials, and thanks to Nichias’ various lining methods, the materials have a broad temperature range and chemical resistance, as well as excellent performance in a wide pressure range.

ETFE/PFA ROTO LINING

ETFE/PFA ROTO LINING is a product that is made by bonding ETFE/PFA to a metal surface through rotational molding.
It is possible to add a joint-free lining to a base material with a complex shape. However, it cannot be used for high-purity chemicals.

NA BELLOW-Q™

TOMBO™ No. 9999-NA

NA BELLOW-Q is a non-metallic flexible expansion joint that combines inorganic fiber cloth and PTFE and is used for various pipes and smoke airways such as ducts. It absorbs expansion and contraction, deformation, and movement from the heat swelling, vibrations, and pressure of large-diameter ducts and pipes.

NAFLON™ PTFE SINK

TOMBO™ No. 9500-M/-H

There are two types of NAFLON PTFE SINK: a seamless “one-piece molded square sink (TOMBO No.9500-M)” manufactured by hydraulic forming and a “welded type square sink (TOMBO No.9500-H)” that is made by welding an 8 to 25 mm sheet. Both can be manufactured with optional drainage slopes and drain holes on the bottom. The welded type, in particular, can be manufactured into shapes to suit your application without any need for a mold.

Energy saving diagnostic system

Energy saving diagnosis makes heat energy visible and proposes energy saving measures. From thermography visuals, Nichias calculates wasted energy and suggests the best possible energy-saving measures.
