ETFE/PFA ROTO LINING

TOMBO™ No. 9966/9946

ETFE/PFA ROTO LINING is a product that is made by bonding ETFE/PFA to a metal surface through rotational molding.
It is possible to add a joint-free lining to a base material with a complex shape. However, it cannot be used for high-purity chemicals.

NAFLON™ COATING

TOMBO™ No. 9035

NAFLON COATING is a fluororesin baking paint to give fluororesin attributes such as non-stickiness and corrosion resistance to a surface such as metal. Nichias selects and installs various fluororesin materials to suit your objective and application.

NAFLON™ SEALTAPE

TOMBO™ No. 9082

A product made by rolling unfired PTFE into a tape form. It has a great deal of flexibility, and so it can easily seal parts with complex shapes. It is extremely user-friendly as it can be attached/detached easily without contaminating fluids. If using for a threaded joint, make sure to use a tapered screw.

GASKET NAVI™

A technical support application that can accurately and quickly select gaskets and calculate tightening torque on a PC, smartphone, or tablet with ease. It contains various product information such as gasket properties, technical data, and usage precautions.

GASKET KOBO™

GASKET KOBO is a service truck fitted with equipment for machining gaskets.
If GASKET KOBO is located at the premises of your plant during a maintenance period, gaskets that are suddenly required can be supplied there and then.

GASKET Lab is an engineering service that supports safe operations and work at plants based on preventive maintenance.
GASKET Lab provides preventive maintenance through the cycle of assessment technologies, verification technologies, and experience-based learning.

NA BELLOW-Q™

TOMBO™ No. 9999-NA

NA BELLOW-Q is a non-metallic flexible expansion joint that combines inorganic fiber cloth and PTFE and is used for various pipes and smoke airways such as ducts. It absorbs expansion and contraction, deformation, and movement from the heat swelling, vibrations, and pressure of large-diameter ducts and pipes.

Energy saving diagnostic system

Energy saving diagnosis makes heat energy visible and proposes energy saving measures. From thermography visuals, Nichias calculates wasted energy and suggests the best possible energy-saving measures.
