By using the low spring constant of METAFOME and avoiding contact with the flange metal with METAKOTE, it achieves top-class sound dampening.
The product’s sealing properties are equivalent to that of a conventional metal gasket.

Specification

This product has a sub-plate (stainless steel plate) that is machined so that the shape of the flange matches the shape of the gasket and has beads added to the part that needs to be sealed. Meanwhile, METAFOME is installed on the flange surface and the durable METAKOTE is installed on the bolt part. This crimps mechanically and creates a unified structure.
